Alan Georgeson – Principal
Alan has spent his entire academic and business
life stimulated by the world of commercial business.
Alan first built an industry-leading office interiors
business over 20 years before applying his highlevel knowledge to a more diverse range of sectors.
These sectors (leisure, wellbeing and commercial
offices) are embraced by Georgeson Groups
expert integration of business and design solutions.
In addition to a traditional focus on major projects
and property developments, this respected
entrepreneur is passionate about introducing
practices to advance learning within the wellbeing
industry. He also offers exciting opportunities for
people to enter and learn within this sector and

Sharon Georgeson – Director of Consulting
Sharon has spent the last 10 years working and researching within the leisure industry. She started her own medical day spas and executed a successful acquisition of beauty spas within this time to add to her expanding portfolio prior to divesting and moving to the US in 2008 to develop resort spas.
She has had experience of working with various product houses such as Espa, N.V.Perricone, MD Formulations and was a pioneer in introducing treatments such as crystal free Microdermabrasion in Europe.
Sharon's experience ranges from spa feasibility studies, through spa project costing and business planning, through detailed business planning and ROI for ownership. Her previous experience in spa operation has also supported the recruitment of spa directors and staff, and has supported the creation of many spa operational manuals.
With a depth of experience gained from an involvement in over 50 projects of various sizes and scope, her passion is to increase the spa knowledge of every owner/developer she works with whilst also continually pioneering/living new spa trends, and making spas unique places of distinction for all clients who visit and enjoy. |  |

Adriana Bylsma – Director of Design
Principal and partner of BETA design. Adriana is an international architect from Sao Paulo, Brazil. She started her career in commercial interiors design in 1987.
Mrs. Bylsma has participated in designing and developing commercial areas for over 20 years. She has her work publish in many of prestigious Interior design magazines in South America and Florida.
Portuguese and Spanish fluent speaker Mrs. Bylsma worked in South America and Europe relocating to United States on 1997. She has been an educator teaching in Brazil and in USA. With an extensive list of commercial clients, healthcare systems and education, BETA Design team of professionals, are serving West Michigan and South Florida markets with dedication and professionalism.
Mrs. Bylsma has served as Designer and furniture consultation for several interior renovation and reconfiguration projects. Member of the USGBC, she is an accredited LEED Professional and strongly supports her clients on providing informative options that will contribute to their LEED certification process. |  |
