Dubai, 12th December 2008: With some 30 top hotels in operation, Dubai has become a world-class spa destination. With tourism and business travel on the rise, the Middle East holds great potential for the spa industry. In Dubai itself, the hotel market continues to develop at a dramatic pace. 77 new hotels, totaling 26,150 rooms, are expected to be in operation by 2010 increasing the current room numbers by 156%.

With this extraordinary growth in hotels comes the growth in the number of Spa’s. By 2015 it is predicted that the UAE will be amongst the top spa destinations in the world with an estimated 200 hotels offering world class spa facilities.
